How to Trick People in Soccer

A trick to perform at soccer games to outwit the goalie or another opponent. In this article you'll learn about performing "The Three Toes" to flummox your opposition and maybe get a goal for your team.

Steps

  1. 1
First you need to get a feel for the ball- its size and weight.

Now pretend to kick the ball. Once your foot touches the ball use your foot to pull it back to you. Use this technique to trick an opponent or goalie.
  3. 3
Start to dribble the ball. With the outside or inside of your foot roll your foot on the ball from one side to another. Then dribble the other way with the inside or outside of your foot while your opponent is confused. If you start with the ball on the inside the ball will end on the outside and vice versa. If you practice this enough you can put your foot under the ball instead of on the ball.
  4. 4
This is easy. Here is the thing, if you are kicking with you left foot, your left foot will end up on the right side of the ball. Then with your right foot you will kick the ball while your left leg is crossed over. This can go vice versa too.
  5. 5
This trick is mainly for the goalie. Pretend to kick straight but kick with your three end toes: the middle, the toe between the middle and pinkie, and the pinkie toe. If you do this trick with your right foot the ball will go to a 45-degree angle to your right. If you do this trick with your left foot the ball will go to a 45-degree angle to your left.
  6. 6
Don't be afraid to try something you've never done before.
